Situation
David Douglas with the Denver Area Alumni and Fans of the University of Alabama contacted Webbering in October 2007 to build a website for their organization using the domain name BamaDenver.com.
Challenge
The group wanted a site that would reflect their support for the University of Alabama so this made it a bit easier as the color scheme would be the same as the team colors of crimson and white.
Solution
We discussed fully everything that they wanted on their site and used those discussions to create a full-service site that included schedules, calendar, weather, updated articles and galleries.
Update
In August 2008, we did a complete redesign of the website not only to bring a new look to the site but to expand the capabilities on the site.
In August 2010, we did a major upgrade to the website moving it to the 1.5 version of
Joomla
, transferring all content from the older 1.0 version and adding additional extensions to provide the group with additional capabilities.Results
Bama Denver has a functioning website that meets their needs in keeping their members informed of all activities as well as to have articles on past activities with galleries.
