David Douglas Realty is a redesign for a web site for...well, you guessed it. David Douglas's realty company located in Denver, CO. This was the 2nd redesign of the website which was done in May 2007. From his feedback, we determined that his site needed more of a Denver touch so we created the banner image of the Denver skyline with the mountains in the background. As the mountains did not afford us the landscape we were looking for, we enhanced the image to expand the mountain range and cityscape. Include in his home page are dynamically updated listings of his newest properties, a display of an RSS feed of the Top Real Estate News from Inman News and a dynamic navigation menu with hover effects. For his newest redesign, we modified an available template changing the color scheme and using images from Denver area including the mountains. In addition, we integrated a third-party service he contracted with to provide his MLS listings. The site has an embedded search page that displays the Metrolist MLS Search page, extended buyer and seller tips pages, a gallery of properties, an online mortgage calculator, links to various sites about Denver Metro area and an email newsletter signup page.
